Why is there a $295 onboarding fee?
One-time charge to set up your dedicated business number and register it with US carriers (required by law for business texting). You only pay it once.
What if I go over my monthly limit?
No surprise bills. You pre-load credits that only kick in when you exceed your plan — they never expire. (You'll find this in your billing settings once you're set up.)
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
How does PropFox handle off-hours and overflow?
PropFox can run as primary, after-hours-only, or overflow-only. You set the rules — by time of day, by lead source, or by intent. A buyer asking about price gets escalated to you live; a vendor pitch gets politely deflected.
Will it sound robotic? Will my clients know?
PropFox uses modern voice models with natural prosody and handles cross-talk and objections. It will disclose that it's an AI assistant when asked directly — that's both the right call ethically and required in several states.
Which CRMs and MLS feeds do you integrate with?
Today: listings sync from kvCORE feeds (the XML export you already get with your subscription). Native CRM connectors for Follow Up Boss and HubSpot are on the roadmap. For everything else you can add properties manually, by spreadsheet, or via our API.
Is PropFox compliant with TCPA and SMS regulations?
Outbound SMS goes through an A2P 10DLC registered brand & campaign with carrier vetting, automatic STOP/HELP handling, and consent capture on the call. Voice agents follow per-state recording disclosure rules. SOC 2 is on the roadmap; we're not certified yet and won't claim otherwise.
How long does onboarding take?
Solo brokers can go live in under an hour through self-serve setup. Brokerages with multiple offices and routing rules: a few days with our team. We'll be honest about timelines up front — no “2-week magic launch” promises.
